THANK YOU

This page is dedicated to all those that helped us raise over £3,000 for three very important charities.

I am sure nobody will begrudge Jason Barker the first mention.

Jason sat through the entire show, he paid attention during the dullest of the boring bits, sat and listened during the coldest parts in the dead of night. Jason stopped me from nodding off when the cold had got to me and laughed all night long. If I had to spend another night with Jason I would be delighted, I seriously doubt if he would want to spend another night with me...
Jason raised a LOT of money in sponsorship and is now a world record holder in his own right.

Heather Cox and Kim of Barclays Bank.

Heather was sponsored to take part in the show, she also did much fund raising from holding the bucket to a tombola. Her remarkable peice of audience participation had her ascending a pair of stilts and walking around the Guild Hall square three times in the rain. Barclays Bank have match funded the money she raised and her contribution to this project has been vital to it's success.
Kim of Barclays also walked on a globe to the astonishment of her colleagues. I hope Kim can give me a photo to put on here soon.

Salisbury International Arts Festival kick started this project. Their pledge covered almost all of the expenses incurred and because of them EVERY PENNY donated in sponsorship has gone to the three charities with absolutely no deductions.

Paul Perrott

Paul has a medal for his tireless contribution to charity. Paul was a tower of strength, looking after equipment, helping people and looking after the audience for about Ten hours. Paul I thank you for your time and your effort.

Paul Sample and Family

Paul Sample was the first Mayor to officially appoint me as his Jester. His family came along and his son played a large part in the fun on both the Monday and the Tuesday. Paul watched me perform while I had to be quiet as not to disturb some of the other acts on the Monday, and he laughed at my jokes even though he must have heard them many thousands of times before. Thank You Paul and family.

Graham Herbert

Graham is an old practice partner of mine for juggling. He is a regular volunteer with the Trussell Trust. Graham juggled, joined in the comedy (and he is a very shy and modest man) and got sponsorshiop for his efforts.

Barney Bay

Twice the British 5 ball juggling champion, recently seen on TV, it was a real boost to have somebody like Barney come and support this event. When I was flagging, as the dizzy spells began to become more frequent, as I got lost in time and space a friendly voice kept cheering me on, with requests and suggestions, like a prompt. Barney was also a business sponsor of the event. Thank You Barney and your family, and your daughter who kept picking up the balls I dropped.

Jambo and Scott

Jamie and Scott are a very talented young duo. Jamie has performed with The Moscow State circus and with Billy Smarts and Zippo on many occassions. Jamie and Scott looked good and added colour to the entourage during the hail stones that fell on us early evening on Monday. Jamies father deserves a mention too, he looks after these lads very well and his support, the coffees and the food he bought me raised my moral. Thank You guys.

Jamie, Pauline and Jeremy

My crew at the Table Top Circus were there in their own time to show support, and to help me clear up after the event. Jamie made freinds with Cirkus Bez Temata and had a unicycle competition which I compered as part of my show.

Jamie taught helmut this trick which he loved very much.

My Dad!

Dad! Thank You. You took great photos and you made sure that I got home with all my kit and the trailer. I know I'm 42, but I just felt safer knowing you were there at the end.

This page is to be continued very soon.
